We are proud to announce our direct deposit service. If you wish to participate, we will gladly deposit your monthly owner check directly into your bank account. You will also have the option to have your statements sent to you electronically. Please click on the link below to download the Direct Deposit Authorization Form. At Crown Property Management we make distributing your rental income easy. Simply enroll in our direct deposit program and each month we’ll transfer your rental income electronically, directly into you back account. By the 10th of each month, we provide every client with a monthly accounting of income and expenses, so year-end tax filing is a breeze.

Physical checks will be mailed or are available for pick-up by the 11th as well, and if you’ve sign up for direct deposit, your check will be electronically deposited into your bank account at that time … just one of many advantages of working with Crown Property Management.
