Directions to our office from Interstates 15 and 215

  1. Exit Murrieta Hot Springs Road
  2. Go West on Murrieta Hot Springs Road
  3. Turn Right onto Jefferson Avenue at the Murrieta Hot Springs Rd. and Jefferson Ave. “T” Intersection
  4. Turn Left onto Ivy Street
  5. Turn Left into the Ivy Springs Business Park parking lot and stay Right
  6. 41690 Ivy Street, Suite B, is the 4th building on Right. Look for the sign that says Ivy Springs Executive Suites
  7. Enter through the front door of the Ivy Springs Executive Suites building and go to the reception area.

Reception Services and 24 Hour Drop Box Information at our office at 41690 Ivy Street, Suite B, Murrieta, CA 92562

Just outside the left side exterior door that has our logo on the window there is a drop box cemented into the planter where you can drop rent, keys, etc. anytime, day or night. An Ivy Springs Executive Suites receptionist is also available during normal business hours to collect rent or receive packages if we are out of the office. Since the Ivy Springs Executive Suites receptionist assists multiple businesses and does not formally represent our company, all questions, concerns, etc. should to be directed to the owners of Crown Property Management, Steven Kelly or Melissa Kelly. Please note that Crown Property Management is not liable for payments, documents, etc. not personally received by our staff. The drop box and receptionist are provided as a courtesy to our owners and tenants, with the understanding that all patrons of our company shall hold harmless Crown Property Management for such services.
