Showing Policy and Rental Application Procedure:
We will be hosting an open house on Friday, December 30th between 2:00pm – 3:00pm – any interested persons are welcome to come during that time. If a prospective applicant is not able to attend the open house, we will schedule a showing once your rental application has been fully received, screened and approved. Once an applicant’s rental application is approved, we will receive a hold deposit once the applicant has viewed the property. In order for your application to be fully completed and received, the following must be submitted: proof of income, a copy of each applicant(s) driver’s license or government issued ID, a current, complete and unaltered bank statement and the application fee which is $40.00 per applicant.
