Response to and Policies regarding COVID-19

Crown Property Management COVID-19 Response:

These are uncertain times. We have all been learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are witnessing the impact this virus has on our communities. Our commitment is to ensure our community’s safety, your safety as well as our team’s safety, while continuing to provide property management services. We are dedicated to closely monitoring events and will do our part to comply with the most current and cautious measures from the Centers for Disease Control, CDC ( ).

Crown Property Management’s COVID-19 Policy:

Any person who is symptomatic with cold or flu-like symptoms (i.e., fever, cough) regardless of diagnosis, in contact with someone who is ill, or who has traveled to an “at-risk” region (see below), should not come to any of our company’s showings, meetings, etc. for 14 days thereafter. We will not be shaking hands with anyone during any appointment or showing. Please socially distance and keep a minimum of 10 feet between persons, including our staff. CDC-Level 3 “at-risk” regions (as of 3/17/2020): China, Europe (including but not limited to Italy), United Kingdom,Ireland, Iran, South Korea.

Information for Prospective Residents and our COVID-19 Showing Policy (as of 3/17/2020):

In an effort to protect our community, we are ceasing “open” showings until further notice. To limit possible exposure of COVID-19 during showings, we are only showing property to approved applicants. We will schedule a showing once your rental application has been fully received, screened and approved. During the showing, we will receive a hold deposit once you have viewed the property. The hold deposit will then secure the property for you. We apologize for any inconvenience not seeing a property prior to completing the rental application may present, but please note our website has up to date photos and we will also post a video tour of each advertised property. Please complete an online rental application via the link below. In order for your application to be fully completed and received, the following must be submitted: proof of income, a copy of each applicant(s) driver’s license or government issued ID, a current, complete and unaltered bank statement and the application fee which is $40.00 per

Information for Prospective Property Management Clients and our COVID-19 Client Consultation Policy
(as of 3/17/2020):

We know there are many questions that are addressed during client consultation meetings. In order to prevent possible exposure to COVID-19 during an in-person client/property owner consultation, we are ceasing initial in-person client consultation meetings until further notice. Instead of meeting in person, we can schedule a phone or FaceTime client consultation during which we can address any questions or concerns regarding leasing your home and discuss next steps regarding property management. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to the opportunity to earn your business.

General recommendations from the CDC:
• Most importantly – wash and/or disinfect your hands frequently throughout the day
• Stay home if you feel ill and/or have a fever or cough or have been in recent contact with
someone who is ill
• Comply with ALL travel advisories issued by the CDC
• Practice social distancing: Limit going to places with public gatherings of 10 or more

• Follow the same precautions as you would for the flu or common cold
• Avoid touching your face, nose and mouth with your hands/fingers
• Avoid handshakes or direct handling of public door knobs or buttons (use tissue, knuckle, etc)
• Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze
• Contact your primary care physician if you need symptom relief or evaluation
